To all Owners and Tenants of Payal Palace

The Managing Committee has set up a dedicated app for Payal Palace — the Apartment Management System (AMS) — to handle maintenance dues, account statements, notices and society records going forward. Every resident is requested to install it and register using the steps below.

Look for this icon on Play Store

Open the Google Play Store app, search for "AMS - Residents & Committees" exactly as written above, and match it against the icon shown before installing.

1. Install the app

   Search AMS - Residents & Committees on Google Play Store and tap Install.
2. Take the guided walkthrough

   Open the app and tap the AI Walkthrough button on the first screen — it walks you through every part of the app in under two minutes.
3. Share your details with the Committee

   Email your Flat Number and Owner details using the button below. If your flat is on rent, add your Tenant's details in the same email — both Owners and Tenants use the same app.
4. Receive your login by email

   Once registered, your username and password will be emailed to the Gmail ID you shared.
5. Log in and set your own password

   Sign in with the emailed password, then set a password of your own when prompted.
6. Start using AMS

   View your maintenance dues, account statements and society notices any time, from your phone.
